For EllyMae Wilkey, RN, CEO, compassionate care is personal. After surviving a serious automobile accident and spending months experiencing healthcare as a patient, both the good and the bad inspired her to become the kind of nurse she once needed.
IVOLUTION was originally built from the ground up by Hannah Jones, whose vision and hard work created the foundation we are grateful to continue today.
In 2026, EllyMae and Charlie Brown began IVOLUTION's next chapter through Legacy Reveal Wellness, LLC—honoring what was built while bringing their own vision of personalized care, education, and genuine relationships to the community.
For EllyMae, the dream reaches even further. Her ultimate vision is to one day help establish a specialized congestive heart failure (CHF) clinic—bringing the same compassion, education, and patient-centered care that inspired her nursing journey full circle.

Abhijit Reddy Kanthala, MD
INTERNAL MEDICINE & GERONTOLOGY
Dr. Abhijit Reddy Kanthala serves as Medical Director for IVOLUTION, providing physician oversight and helping guide our commitment to safe, individualized, patient-centered care.
With nearly 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Kanthala’s background includes Internal Medicine, Gerontology, hospital and critical-care medicine, preventive care, and regenerative and restorative medicine. His training and research experience have included respected institutions such as the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Mayo Clinic, University of Florida, and University of Rochester.
Dr. Kanthala brings extensive clinical experience together with a strong focus on prevention, education, and treating each patient as an individual. His medical leadership allows IVOLUTION to continue expanding wellness services while maintaining appropriate physician oversight and a commitment to responsible care.
